You can cancel an online course purchase within 14 days for a full refund, provided you have not started the course. By starting a course within the 14-day period you consent to immediate supply of digital content and waive the right to cancel for that course.
Once a course has been started or its assessment attempted, it is non-refundable. If something went wrong — technical problems, duplicate purchase, wrong course bought in error — contact us and we'll put it right with a swap, credit or refund at our discretion.
Email info@nexiscpd.co.uk with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
